Call for Papers

 

 

QuantumComm invites submission of unpublished research papers with novel contributions. All submitted contributions will undergo a double-blind peer review.  Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published in the QuantumComm Conference Proceedings and by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes of ICST (LNICST).

The proceedings will be available both in book form and via the SpringerLink digital library, which is one of the largest digital libraries online and covers a variety of scientific disciplines.

 

LNICST volumes are submitted for inclusion to leading indexing services, including

Paper Submission

All authors are required to submit an extended abstract of their presentation by the deadline in English. The extended abstracts are limited to 2 pages. The deadline for uploading the extended abstract with 2 pages is Jun 1, 2012. Papers should be uploaded using the ICST Assyst Proceedings system, and have to comply with the Springer LNICST format.

Workshops

Quantum Information and the Foundation of Quantum Mechanics

A half-day workshop which shows the state-of-art of quantum information and also deals with the foundation of quantum mechanics
The workshop will start with two tutorials, followed by 3-8 papers. At the end of the workshop a 60-minute-long panel discussion will be held.

Interdisciplinary Impact of Quantum Technology

A half-day workshop which shows how the quantum technology can change our research and development of methods, and the possible impact on the classical cryptography, the Trade and Society as well.
The workshop will start with two tutorials, followed by 3-8 papers. At the end of the workshop a
60-minute-long panel discussion will be held. Expected attendance: 25 people / workshop
